    Restaurant Information
The Main Restaurant  The hotel's main restaurant, located on the ground-floor, may be accessed directly from the Salons or from a separate entrance on Rue des Capucines. The restaurant's décor is warm and inviting, replete with rich wood floors, mahogany and fabric panelled walls and original artwork by French-Indian artist Viswanadhan. The restaurant is serviced by an open theatre kitchen, allowing guests to view the drama of chefs at work. Cuisine is Modern French with a special emphasis on grilled meats, organic vegetables and fresh seafood, seasonal and authentic products. Open everyday for Lunch and Dinner. The Salons  Beyond the architecture, which incorporates classical European lines with contemporary design, the materials used throughout the Salons are a strong legacy of Paris' historical heritage: gilded ceilings, limestone walls and custom designed chenille, adorned with original contemporary artworks by American and French painters. Relaxed, cosy and casual, the Salons are open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner (all day dining), as well as light bites, aromatic teas, coffees and cocktails.Located on the ground floor, at the heart of the hotel, the Salons convey a strong Parisian residential feel. The Salons are a combination of open spaces and colonnades separated by a beautifully sheer grand fireplace, which opens onto a glass crowned colonnaded room on one side, and onto an interior courtyard on the other. The Bar  Opening onto the interior courtyard through a colonnaded gallery, the bar is decorated in black glass and bronze, white limestone and dark mahogany woods. The bar is a striking place, conveying the best of Parisian chic. Equipped with the latest Bang & Olufsen's sound technology.
